I have worked with Frank and his company for several years. I can say without hesitation that you can expect the best products and services with Frank and Alta Bella's JustEgress. If you're looking for an honest reputable, thorough contractor that leaves a work site cleaner than it was when they first arrived, look no further. It always amazes me of their ability to install an egress window within an 8 hour day. Being a General Contractor myself I can always count on Frank and his company to complete the work for me without even being present on the job. We could not be happier with the work Frank Miccoli's Alta Bella Casa's JustEgress and his team, Rob and Peyton did installing our egress window and glass block replacement windows!

This was by far our best experience with any contractor. PERIOD! The team was professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely neat. Frank, Rob, and Peyton kept us informed every step of the way, and answered every question we had.

When they ran into an unforeseen obstacle that hindered their original design, they came up with an ingenious solution while adding negligible cost and time to the project! As for cleaning up, this crew left their work space cleaner than when they found it!!

I cannot stress enough just how remarkable this entire crew was. Their respect for our home was evident in how much prep work they did to ensure a safe environment for them to work in and for my family to live in during the project. The care they took in protecting our property (both inside the house and out in the yard) can't be overstated. This was greatly appreciated!!

We would definitely recommend Frank Miccoli's Alta Bella Casa's JustEgress to anyone looking to have an egress window installed. You will have an unbelievably positive experience!! You will NOT be disappointed!!

I cannot say enough good things about Frank and his team. The work they do is outstanding. Frank communicated every step of the project as clearly as I needed, and I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. Frank and his team have been super communicative and efficient through the whole process of adding an egress window and revamping the sump drainage. The work was done well and looks great! Had an egress window installed. Alta Bella was very professional, efficient and very high quality. Communication throughout the process was great and the task was done as they explained and we ended up with a great window with very little disruption or damage to the outside. Despite multiple attempts to follow up on a project they undertook for me, I have yet to receive any response. I had specifically requested a follow-up after a year to ensure that the project was functioning optimally according to their standards. However, two years have passed, and I have been unable to reach them.
The only communication I have received has been through automated responses or AI responses , and there has been no physical attempt to contact me at my residence. While it was relatively straightforward to provide them with payment, it has proven to be challenging to compel them to fulfill their promise of follow-up.
