About Our Company
After a decade and several successful engineering positions in the automotive and high-tech industries Frank was looking for a more localized and less corporate way of life. In 2005 Frank left a Director of Sales role in a matrix style service environment with the with the vision of bringing something similar to residential real estate.
In 2006, Frank incorporated Alta Bella Casa, Inc. (Highly Beautiful House) as the construction arm to support and optimize a family real estate portfolio and to produce inventory for a flourishing real estate career. Alta Bella Casa has produced over a dozen new homes, large additions, full historic preservations and distressed property rehabilitations. In between large projects, Alta Bella Casa has executed millions of dollars of high quality home improvements and restorations. Since 2009, Alta Bella Casa has become a leading basement egress window installer in Western New York, with over 1500 successful installs and is the home of JustEgress.com.
Going forward, Alta Bella Casa and its family of services is poised for significant growth in the marketplace, and is supported by the systems, council, and international peer group of Breakthrough Academy. We will continue to add technology and residential specialty services to provide a one-of-a-kind customer journey with high quality, low impact and great value. We are big enough to get it done and small enough to still care.
Meet Our Team
Frank Miccoli
President (Founder)
Born and raised in Rochester, NY as a First Generation American Italian, I am a proud alumni of McQuaid Jesuit high school and achieved a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from RIT. After a decade plus in the high-tech and automotive industries, populating several engineering and international sales rolls, I chose to embrace my entrepreneurial spirit and support my family on a more local level. Growing up supporting my parents’ real estate portfolio and watching the real estate bubble grow in 2005, I assembled the vision for what Alta Bella Casa is today.
In the last 19 years, I have helped Alta Bella weather the banking crisis of 2008, multiple recessions, a global pandemic, a divorce and a multitude of familial challenges. We have successfully executed thousands of projects across Western NY with same excitement as we did in 2006. I have not only kept the vision and dream of Alta Bella alive, but I’ve teamed up with Breakthrough Academy to implement the processes, procedures and culture that will bring us through the next 20 years.
My goal is to bring high value and specialized services to the marketplace with a one-of-a-kind customer journey; executed by a team whose work family is as important as their home family; with a work/life balance for them to enjoy both. Our team provides high value services in a fashion that align with our company/family values. We are out to change the world; one home at a time.
While Alta Bella Casa is my primary focus and labor of love; when I’m not working, I enjoy traveling, camping and spending time with my Fiancé. I have a solid affinity for music, the performing arts and maintain a passion for automobiles and new technology. I love meeting new people and experiencing different cultures around the world.
Robert (Rob) Hamilton
Fleet & Facilities Manager
I was initially hired as an afterhours, part-time Mechanic at Alta Bella Casa, Inc. . Shortly after, I took on the full-time role of Fleet and Facilities Manager and have aided with a variety of other roles; proudly serving for nearly two years. What I truly appreciate about Alta Bella Casa is the sense of family we cultivate - whether it’s with our team, colleagues, vendors, or most importantly our customers. My top priority is ensuring that we deliver a product that's tailored to each customer’s specific needs, while minimizing disruption to their lives and doing what's right for all parties involved.
Before joining Alta Bella Casa, I spent my early career in the auto industry and later managed a Renewable Energy Plant for seven years. Outside of work, I’m passionate about cars, camping, fishing, and traveling. Above all, I cherish the time I spend with my wife and two children, and I’m excited to see what the future holds for all of us.
